The Decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of 17 July 2025 No. 982-A regulates the granting of deferment from compulsory military service during the 2025 summer conscription to citizens with significant achievements in the fields of education and science. The document applies to students and applicants enrolled in bachelor’s, master’s, and postgraduate educational programmes.
