Annotation

The Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Youth Policy” establishes the legal framework for the development and implementation of state youth policy. It defines the principles of youth participation in public and political life and regulates the roles of state authorities, local self-government bodies, youth organisations, and youth centres. Particular emphasis is placed on inclusiveness, support for youth initiatives, and the development of youth work at national and municipal levels. The law aims to create favourable conditions for the comprehensive development of young people and to strengthen their role as a strategic resource of the state.
