The project document presents the creation of the ChambArE youth centre in the border community of Chambarak as a multifunctional hub for youth initiatives, non‑formal education and local heritage promotion, built around the “Craft&Tea Chambarak” social enterprise model combining a teahouse, souvenir production, eco‑tourism services and affordable accommodation. The initiative aims to address high youth unemployment, migration and low civic engagement by providing continuous educational programmes, intellectual leisure, support for youth‑led community projects and targeted outreach to NEET young people, while ensuring financial sustainability through enterprise revenues and cooperation with local authorities. By the end of 2025 the project expects to have fully renovated and equipped a 180 m² space, and from 2026 onwards the centre is planned to reach at least 200 young people per year, becoming a stable piece of youth infrastructure in this border region.
