Biography
Anna Borisovna Fedulova is an Associate Professor in the Department of Social Work and Social Security at Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after M.V. Lomonosov and the head of the educational program for program 39.03.03 "Organization of Work with Youth," specializing in "Youth Policy and Youth Work Technologies."
She graduated from the Pomor International Pedagogical University named after M.V. Lomonosov in 1995 with a degree in Pedagogy and Methodology of Primary Education, receiving the qualifications of primary school teacher and organizer of extracurricular music activities. Since 1997, she has worked in higher education, first at Pomor State University named after M.V. Lomonosov and currently at Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after M.V. Lomonosov. In 2003, she completed her correspondence postgraduate program in the specialty 09.00.11 - Social Philosophy, defended her candidate's dissertation on the topic "Family and Family Values: Philosophical and Axiological Analysis", and in 2017 was awarded the academic title of associate professor in the specialty 22.00.04 - Social Structure, Social Institutions and Processes. She is a member of the educational and methodological council "Organization of Work with Youth" of the Federal Educational and Methodological Organization for the State Scientific Center "Sociology and Social Work", an expert at the Arkhangelsk Region exhibition-forum for promoting the best technologies in the field of family and childhood support "Together - for the Sake of Children!", a member of the jury of regional participants in the All-Russian competition of professional excellence in the field of professional services, an expert at the Forum of Young Families Clubs of the Arkhangelsk Region, a member of the Association of Groups of Universities of the Russian Federation, which trains specialists in working with youth. She is a member of the team of developers of the professional standard "Specialist in Working with Youth" from the Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after M.V. Lomonosov.
Professional interests: family values and social work with families, quality of life and reproductive behavior of the modern family, social security of the family and politics, staffing for youth policy, innovative technologies for working with youth, the ethical foundations of professional activity, and issues of the effectiveness of practical social work and work with youth.
