Annotation
The Agreement establishes the legal framework for cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Azerbaijan in the field of education. It provides for the development of interaction between educational institutions of both states, exchange of students and academic staff, participation in scientific conferences and forums, as well as exchange of textbooks, educational materials, periodicals, and information on various aspects of educational activities. Particular attention is given to cooperation in accreditation and attestation procedures of educational institutions and recognition of academic degrees and titles. The Agreement aims to strengthen bilateral relations and promote educational cooperation based on the principles of equality and mutual benefit.
