Annotation
This decree is issued pursuant to Federal Law No. 261-FZ of July 14, 2022 “On the Russian Movement of Children and Youth.” It approves the new composition of the Supervisory Board of the All-Russian Public and State Movement of Children and Youth “Movement of the First.” At the same time, Presidential Decree No. 509 of July 29, 2022 and Presidential Decree No. 807 of November 9, 2022, which previously regulated the membership and activities of the Supervisory Board, are declared invalid. The document aims to update and enhance the governance of the movement, supporting educational, civic, and patriotic initiatives among children and young people.
