Annotation
The order approves expenditure standards for determining the amounts of the international “Bolashak” scholarship by country, as well as standard contracts for education and internship programs, including bachelor’s, master’s and internship tracks. It establishes the legal and financial framework for implementing the scholarship and regulates relations between the state, scholarship recipients and educational institutions. The current version reflects amendments introduced between 2020 and 2025 and is applicable in current regulatory practice.
