Annotation
The law defines state policy and the legal, organizational and socio-financial foundations of supplementary education in the Republic of Tajikistan. It regulates the activities of supplementary education institutions aimed at developing learners’ intellectual, creative and professional capacities. The law is directly relevant to youth, as it covers children, adolescents and young people involved in clubs, creative centers, scientific-technical and sports associations. It supports youth professional orientation, talent development and social integration.
