Annotation
This Law establishes the legal and institutional framework for the protection of children’s rights in the Republic of Tajikistan. It regulates state obligations in ensuring access to education, healthcare, social protection, participation in public life, and protection from violence and discrimination. Special emphasis is placed on vulnerable groups, including orphans, children with disabilities, and children in difficult life situations, which is directly linked to youth development and social inclusion. The Law contributes to building a supportive environment for young people and ensuring a safe transition from childhood to youth and adulthood.
