Annotation
The decree aims to implement initiatives and tasks identified during the open dialogue between the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and youth held on February 14, 2025. It approves a comprehensive action program to support youth initiatives, expand access to quality education, and promote science. Special emphasis is placed on the establishment and development of the Creative Industry Park and its regional branches, as well as business schools for the creative sector. The decree defines the institutional governance model for creative parks and creates favorable conditions for their operation.
