Annotation
The decree aims to refine and expand state measures supporting the employment of graduates from higher education institutions. It introduces improved financial support mechanisms for employers hiring graduates, promotes the “Kelajakka qadam” program among commercial banks, and provides for the inclusion of exact sciences courses focused on business skills development in university curricula. The amendments are implemented in line with tasks set by the President of Uzbekistan during the August 2025 meeting on graduate employment.
