Annotation
The decree aims to enhance the effectiveness of the national youth engagement system at the mahalla level in line with the priorities of the “Uzbekistan–2030” Strategy. It focuses on strengthening individualized and targeted support for youth, facilitating their integration into the labor market as competitive professionals, and countering ideological threats through the reinforcement of value-based and ideological resilience. Particular emphasis is placed on digitalizing the collection, analysis, and continuous updating of data on the social conditions of youth and improving the performance of local youth leaders.
