Annotation
The decree aims to fundamentally enhance the system of targeted training and effective recruitment of prospective personnel for public administration and civil service. It provides for the transformation of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan into the Academy of Public Policy and Management and establishes its legal succession in terms of rights and obligations.
