Annotation
The resolution aims to strengthen social support for children with disabilities through the organization of day care services. It provides for the phased introduction of day care centers for children aged 3 to 18 based on public-private partnership mechanisms. Implementation begins on March 1, 2025, in selected regions as a pilot project, with further expansion nationwide.
