Annotation

The implementation of the action plan is carried out by the relevant federal executive authorities within the established number of employees of their central offices and territorial bodies. Financial support for the action plan is carried out by federal executive authorities within the budgetary allocations provided for them in the federal budget for the relevant financial year, as well as funds from the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
