Annotation

The article examines the experience of interaction between young creative entrepreneurs of St. Petersburg and the state and regulatory authorities, their expectations from the state as a participant in economic relations. Young entrepreneurs rationalize their desire to remain "invisible" to the state with two arguments: the small size and "non-seriousness" of their business as well as the lack of "reciprocity" on the part of the state.
