The article covers the phenomenon of success achievement by Generation Z which is under intense pressure from mass media and social networks that form the belief that career and financial success can and should be achieved as early as possible. The comparative analysis of the understanding of success by zoomers, millennials and generation X is conducted. It concludes that the mass popularisation of success is in conflict with real economic and social conditions.
