The Culture Worker Day unites actors, writers, poets, artists, musicians, heads of creative teams, museum and library workers. The region is also home to important historical monuments including the architectural, residential and cultural complex of the Radziwill family residence in Nesvizh which is included in the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage List.
