The internship for youth workers has ended

From December 10 to December 13, an internship was implemented in Tashkent for 24 representatives from 11 regions of Russia. During the event, trainees got acquainted with youth policy in the CIS and exchanged experiences, presenting practices implemented in their regions and institutions.

The internship program includes:

• presentation of the activities of the Council for Youth Affairs of the CIS member States and the basic organization of the CIS member States for youth work;

• Familiarization with the work of Uzbek government agencies responsible for youth policy;

• visits to the Agency for Youth Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and youth venues, including the Youth Creativity Palace and the Technopark;

• study of methods for preventing destructive effects on young people on the Internet and social networks;

• presentation of the Digital Library project "Youth of the COMMONWEALTH".

From 2017 to 2024, similar internships were conducted in:

The Republic of Azerbaijan;

The Republic of Armenia;

The Republic of Belarus;

The Republic of Kazakhstan;

The Kyrgyz Republic;

Of the Russian Federation;

Republic of Tajikistan;

The Republic of Uzbekistan.

Internships are conducted annually as part of additional professional development programs "Organization of work with youth in the CIS" and "International Youth Cooperation".

Representatives of the CIS member states are invited to participate:

• employees of federal (republican), regional and municipal structures implementing youth policy;

• Specialists in youth work;

• Employees of youth organizations and educational institutions;

• Representatives of public organizations.

Internships and courses are organized by the Institute of Youth Policy and International Relations of RTU MIREA (the basic organization of the CIS member states for work with youth) with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation
