The competition is held among regional, city, and district executive committees, as well as the Minsk City Executive Committee.
The goal of the competition is to stimulate the creation of systems to support youth self-realization.
Applications can be submitted in several categories:
- "I am a LEADER!" (supporting talented youth, developing leadership and entrepreneurship);
- "I am a patriot of my country!" (promoting civic awareness and engaging in public life);
- "Traditions in a youth format" (reimagining traditional events);
- "A new perspective" (innovative approaches to youth policy).
Materials for January–December 2025 must be submitted by December 15, 2025, to molodezh.bel@yandex.by.
