Higher education institutions in Russia, with the exception of state-owned institutions, are eligible to participate in the competition.
Applications for the competition will be accepted until 4:00 PM (Moscow time) on March 10, 2026, at the following link.
The purpose of the grants is to implement projects aimed at cultivating patriotic and socially responsible individuals and realizing the potential of each individual and developing their talents.
The maximum grant amount for which a higher education institution may apply is no more than 15,000,000 rubles for projects implemented in 2026 and no more than 15,000,000 rubles for projects implemented in 2027.
The maximum grant amount awarded to an educational organization recognized as the competition winner is 30,000,000 rubles over the entire period.
