Within the framework of the project, through an online platform, young people and other residents of the Republic of Belarus can offer their ideas, express opinions, comments, expectations for 2025-2030 in key areas of society development.
The Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies has launched an updated portal of the People's Five-Year Plan project. Now, several methods will be used to study public opinion, including collecting anonymous proposals and initiatives from citizens, a thematic online survey using a questionnaire, and a blitz survey.
The results will be reflected on an interactive "heat map" of the participants' activity by region. They will also present a rating of the most popular topics, information on implemented civil initiatives.
The Center for Analysis of Civil Initiatives "People's Five-Year Plan" was founded in April 2025 for a systematic study of current requests and expectations of society regarding improving the quality of life of people, the competitiveness of domestic goods, the development of the country's economic potential, and the improvement of social relations.
