The goal: to enhance the role of youth in society and to cultivate their patriotism and loyalty to the state.
The training will last three months.
Classes will be taught by government officials, representatives of ministries and agencies, public figures, entrepreneurs, and businesspeople.
Graduates will receive diplomas. Young people will be recruited for civil service and military service.
