Russian compatriots are invited to participate in an online conference dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II.
The event will take place on September 10 at 16:00 Moscow time.
The event will discuss:
The historical significance of the victory over militarist Japan;
The role of Russia in ending World War II;
Preservation of historical truth: the mission of youth.
The main speaker of the platform will be Gennady Ovechko, Director of the Department for Work with Compatriots Abroad of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

The conference is organized by the Commission for Interaction with Youth under the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation with the support of the DRS of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
