The 24th meeting of the Youth Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS Member States took place

On May 30, the 24th meeting of the Youth Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS Member States was held in St. Petersburg.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The project "Electronic Library of a Youth Work Specialist" was presented during the meeting.

The young parliamentarians discussed a number of issues:

Ensuring affordable housing for young people: the experience of the CIS member states;

Improving legislation in the field of transport infrastructure, taking into account the involvement of young people in the CIS member states;

Activities of the basic organization of the CIS member states on work with youth;

Activities of the Youth Council of the General Confederation of Trade Unions;

Awarding of the honorary badge of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS Member States "For Contribution to International Youth Cooperation".

The delegates of the IMPA CIS also visited the St. Petersburg State University of Economics, where a meeting was held with the university management, representatives and students of the Department of International Relations and Political Science.
