A bill has been submitted to the State Duma on the unified support system for children's and youth NGOs.
It is proposed to amend the Federal Law "On State Support for Youth and Children's Public Associations." Not only state authorities, but also local governments will be able to support NGOs involved in the implementation of youth policy. In addition to public associations, associations, autonomous non-profit organizations, foundations and other forms of NGOs will receive assistance.
Accounting of non-profit youth organizations, as well as operational interaction between them and the authorities, will be carried out through the Rosmolodezh created on the basis of The All-Russian electronic register of children's and youth NGOs.
