Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "MIREA - Russian Technological University" (RTU MIREA) invites foreign students - young performers to the International Student Festival of Soviet Song "Youth Sings the Song of Friendship" .
The event is a unique platform for talented youth from different countries, united by a love of music and common cultural values, and is aimed at preserving and popularizing the rich heritage of Soviet songs.
Festival participants can be students of higher education institutions of all forms of education, except for creative areas.
Festival stages:
- application deadline - September 15;
- correspondence selection - until September 25;
- in-person selection round - October 29;
- final round (Gala Concert) - October 31.
Festival nominations:
- "Songs of the Soviet years";
- "Patriotic Songs", dedicated to the Year of the Defender of the Fatherland;
- "Video for a Patriotic Song" (from the repertoire of the Song and Dance Ensemble of the Russian Army named after A. V. Alexandrov).
Record a video to participate in the absentee selection. The location of the filming of the competition number does not matter, the main thing is the quality of the performance and compliance with the theme!
It is allowed to use compositions written no later than 1990 by Soviet poets and composers.
The contestant presents 1 work from the USSR to the jury.
