The forum will be held from November 16 to 19, 2025, in Tula.
Young people aged 18 to 35 from Russia and Belarus interested in the development of the Union State are invited to participate:
- University students and activists;
- Representatives of youth organizations/associations/movements;
- Young analysts;
- Specialists from agencies implementing youth policy.
The program includes:
- Discussion of priority areas for the development of the Union State's youth policy;
- Discussion platform "The Role of Youth in Preserving Historical Memory";
- Participants will work in the section "Youth Participation in Building the Future of the Union State";
- Interactive platforms, master classes, excursions, and more.
Applications for participation in the competitive selection process will be accepted until 11:59 PM (Moscow time) on October 20, 2025, at this link.

As a reminder, the forum is a traditional platform for dialogue between young people from both countries and has been held annually since 2013 in Russia and Belarus, alternately, at the initiative of the National Council of Youth and Children's Associations of Russia and the Belarusian Republican Youth Union.
The main organizers on the Russian side are the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "MIREA – Russian Technological University" (RTU MIREA), and the Association of Public Associations "National Council of Youth and Children's Associations of Russia."
