On March 11, 2025, the Government of the Russian Federation adopted a Resolution on granting the Educational Foundation "Talent and Success" the status of a national methodological center for identifying, supporting and developing abilities and talents in children and young people.
One of the points of the document states that the center will provide methodological, consulting, and informational assistance to organizations engaged in educational activities in developing additional general educational programs, using educational technologies, means of teaching and educating children and young people, and determining forms of training aimed at identifying, supporting and developing abilities and talents in children and young people.

We remind you that in accordance with the Law "On Youth Policy in the Russian Federation" (Article 6), support for gifted youth is one of the main areas of the SMP.
It should also be noted that in accordance with the Perspective Plan of Model Lawmaking in the CIS for 2020–2022, RTU MIREA, together with the Standing Commission of the IPA CIS on Science and Education, developed a draft Recommendation "On Measures to Identify and Support Talented Children and Youth" in the CIS.
