Khagurov Temir Aitechevich
Doctor of Sociology, Professor, and a recognized expert in the field of sociology and professional education quality assessment.
Biography
Graduated from the Sociology Department of the History Faculty of Kuban State University (1997). From 1998 to 2001, he worked as a lecturer, then as a senior lecturer, in the Department of Management and Economics at the Kuban State Academy of Physical Culture. In 2000, he defended his PhD dissertation in sociology at Adyghe State University (Maikop). The topic of his dissertation was "The Phenomenon of Aggression in the Value System of Modern Society."
In 2001, he was accepted as a research fellow to the Center for the Study of Social Structure at the Institute of Sociology of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Krasnodar Rural Sociology Sector).
Since 2001, he has been Head of the Humanities Department at the Krasnodar Branch of the International University in Moscow. From 2003 to 2006, he was Deputy Director of the branch for Academic and Research Work;
from 2007 to 2009, he served as Director of the branch.
Since 2017 – Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Education Quality – First Vice-Rector of Kuban State University.
Public and expert activities:
Deputy Chairman of the Public Chamber of Krasnodar Krai; member of the Council for Interethnic Relations under the Head of Administration (Governor) of Krasnodar Krai; Deputy Chairman of the Public Council under the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Krasnodar Krai; member of the Expert Council under the Anti-Terrorism Commission of Krasnodar Krai for improving information policy in the field of countering terrorist ideology in Krasnodar Krai. Since 2025, expert at the Center for Expert Interaction and Modeling of the ANO "Eurasia."
