Biography
In 2008, he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Journalism of the Tajik National University (specialty "Journalism"). He defended his PhD thesis in 2010 (at the age of 23), and his doctoral thesis in 2025 (at the age of 38). specialty 10.01.10 – Journalism.
In 2002-2017, he worked in various positions in the field of science and education, in 2017-2020 – Head of the Youth Affairs Department of the Central Executive Committee of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan (PDPT), First Deputy Chairman of the Public Youth Organization "Sozandagoni Watan" ("Creators of the Motherland"), in 2020-2021 – Head of the Department of Propaganda and Campaigning, 2021-2022 – Head of the Analytical Center of the Office of the Central Executive Committee of the PDPT.
He worked as the chief specialist of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Since November 1, 2025, he has been a professor at the Faculty of Humanities and Pedagogical Sciences of the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan.
Merits and achievements
Professor Hamidien I.I. is the author of 15 books, more than 100 scientific articles, 320 journalistic articles and 25 television programs.
Professor Hamidien I.I. is also an expert in the field of state youth policy and international youth cooperation. Participant of international conferences and advanced training courses in Russia, USA, China, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan.
