Biography

Mark Nikolaevich Egorov is a PhD candidate in pedagogy and associate professor in the Department of Cultural Studies at the Institute of Languages ​​and Cultures of the Peoples of the North-East of the Russian Federation at M.K. Ammosov North-Eastern Federal University. He is the head of the Youth Work Department and an experienced mentor and organizer in the field of youth policy.

M.N. Egorov successfully combines teaching, research, and public activities, training specialists to work with young people. Under his leadership, the Youth Work Department has become a platform for training personnel capable of addressing pressing issues in regional and federal youth policy.

As a teacher, he actively implements modern educational technologies and organizes internships in Moscow, where students are introduced to the work of leading youth policy institutes, the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, and the country's largest libraries. His approach is based on in-depth theoretical training and practice-oriented learning.

M.N. Egorov supervises numerous student projects, which regularly win awards at national and international conferences, such as Lomonosov, BILIM, and the Argunov Readings. Under his guidance, students successfully participate in grant competitions, project forums, and strategic sessions, including with the support of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs and the leadership of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

M.N. Egorov places great emphasis on developing partnerships with Russian universities implementing educational programs in "Organization of Youth Work." Cooperation agreements have been signed with NArFU, Bashkir State University, Udmurt State University, Russian Technical University-MIREA, VolSU, Chelyabinsk State Pedagogical University, and other universities, facilitating the interregional exchange of experience and technologies.

His public activities include evaluating youth projects, organizing events aimed at civic and patriotic education, and supporting youth social engagement. Egorov also initiated the creation of the Project Workshop at the Institute of Linguistics and Sociology of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, where students develop and implement socially significant initiatives.
